Cancellation Policy

BY SCHEDULING YOUR MENTOR MEET & GREET CALL WITH HANNAH'S HOUSE 119, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING: PURPOSE OF THE CALL This 30-minute Meet & Greet Call is designed to introduce you to the mission and mentoring opportunities at Hannah’s House and to learn more about your interests, availability, and desire to get involved. This call is informational in nature and not a placement, training, or screening interview. PREPARATION To make the most of our time together, please be ready to share a bit about yourself and why you’re interested in mentoring. For the best experience, please join from a quiet, distraction-free location. If the call is virtual, having your camera on is encouraged but not required. PUNCTUALITY Please join the call on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the call may need to be rescheduled. RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may limit your ability to book future calls. NO OBLIGATION Booking a Meet & Greet Call does not obligate you to volunteer, and Hannah’s House is not obligated to place every individual in a mentoring role. We seek to ensure mentoring relationships are a healthy and appropriate fit for everyone involved.
